Bedfiles, our authors, and members reserve the right to pursue legal recourse against any entity using any content on Bedfiles for any purpose related to AI.
This extends to third parties who utilize or produce content from an AI trained on data sourced from Bedfiles without explicit consent.
Furthermore, our robots.txt file strictly prohibits scraping for AI related purposes.

Ocean reserves the right to modify at any time the present Terms and Conditions of use of the website as well as any other General or Specific Conditions, Rules of use, Instructions or notices that may be applicable. Likewise, Ocean reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or cease operating the website at any time. Consequently, the user must read this document carefully and thoroughly in its entirety, on all occasions when he or she intends to use or utilize the website, since it may be subject to modifications.
All natural or legal persons resident or domiciled in any country must ensure that access to and use of the website and/or its content is permitted in accordance with their own legislation. (e) Induce or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear;
(f) Induce or incite involvement in dangerous, risky or harmful practices for health and mental balance;
3.3. Introduction of Links. Users who wish to establish a hyperlink, link or link between their website and the Bedfiles website (the "Link") must obtain prior authorization from Bedfiles or use a system provided by Bedfiles for the exchange of links, being subject to compliance with the following obligations:

4. RESTRICTED ACCESS AREA
In order to access and use the restricted access area, Users must register in advance by filling out a form (the "Registration Form") that appears in each case on the Portal. Bedfiles reserves the right to freely accept or reject the registration request of any User. The data entered by Users in the Registration Form must be accurate, current and true at all times, and will be processed by Bedfiles in the manner indicated in the privacy policy.
Registered Users will be responsible at all times for the safekeeping of their access code, consequently assuming any damages that may arise from its improper use, as well as from the transfer, disclosure or loss of the same. For these purposes, access to restricted areas and/or the use of the Contents carried out under the code of a Registered User will be deemed to have been carried out by said Registered User, who will be responsible in all cases for said access and use. Registered Users may change their exclusive password at any time, as indicated on the Website. If they forget their password or any other circumstance that poses a risk of access and/or use by unauthorized third parties, Registered Users must immediately notify Bedfiles so that it can immediately block and replace it.

9. PARTIAL NULLITY
The declaration of any of these general conditions as null, invalid or ineffective will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining conditions, which will continue to be binding between the parties. The waiver by any of the parties to demand at a given time the fulfillment of any of the general conditions stipulated herein will not imply a general waiver of the fulfillment of another condition or conditions, nor will it create an acquired right for the other party.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The provision of the Website service and these General Conditions of Use of the Portal are governed by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis. To the extent permitted by law, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Charlestown.
